Spotted a section where our summary doesn't match the source PDS, or a clause we made too generous or too restrictive? Let us know. Every report goes into the editorial queue.
Customer, frontline agent, underwriter, lawyer — doesn't matter, please use this form. The original PDS always prevails. When in doubt, point us to the page.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your report within 1 business day.
- We compare our translation to the source PDS at the page you flagged.
- If we got it wrong, we correct the page and add a note to the per-insurer changelog.
- If the source PDS is genuinely ambiguous, we mark the section "ambiguous in source" and flag it in the next public improvement report for that insurer.
- If you gave us an email, we'll let you know what we did.
